Actually in redbus app I was searching the tickets for Friday */*/**** and I got a bus navadurga but without our knowledge it was booked for today */*/**** but once we got to know we tried to contact the bus driver and also customer care. Now we want money refund or book a tickets for Friday either of the solution is okay for us. I request you to see this message as fast as possible and resolve our problem at earliest.
