LalPath Lab - Incorrect blood report

My wife has undergone two sets of tests package from Lal Path Lab on **/**/** and all blood samples were given at the same time and same day. Incidentally both the test package included fasting blood sugar and the report in one was ** and other ***. There were other tests too. So my apprehension was if they have mixed up the samples other tests may be incorrect too. I raised this issue by email with Lal Path Lab on **/**/** itself and since then they are asking me to wait and wait while they find a resolution to these issues. Are they not liable for harassment, breach of trust, negligence, incorrect reporting and consequent mental trauma and anxiety to my pregnant wife and to me? Moreover, there were tests in it which were to be done in a specific time period (before **weeks) but I have lost that crucial time for their fault. What can I do now?
