Dear UPCL,
I have been visiting your offices the local on le at the one at survey chowk but there has been no assistance and resolution of my incorrect bill.
I have approached Mr. Deepak Chauhan ji who handles the electricity meters but he also isn't able to resolve my queries.
I only come once or twice at my residence in a month and the consumption of electricity is minimal then how can I get a bill of ***** . This is pure faliure of UPCL and there is also no escalation matrix it's like a bureaucrat .
You can check my consumption history of last ** years there never has been any month in which such high usage has been done this clearly states that this is UPCL fault and they have given me wrong bill.
I request Shri Subhash Kumar ji to look into this matter and kindly help me as i am feeling helpless and i can't pay ***** bill as it is wrong . I will immediately pay my corrected bill if given to me.
I also have attached the screenshot of the follow up i have done with Mr. Dinesh Chauhan.. without even his single reply from past * years please look into this grievance of mine and resolve.
Please do the needful.
