First, my bet stayed unsettled for more than * hours, which is already suspicious and unusual.
After waiting hours, they suddenly settled it as LOST, even though I clearly watched the live match and saw the run scored with my own eyes.
When I contacted support, they kept giving the same copy-paste reply:
