Story Max - Incorrect AutoDebit During Trial Period

I am writing to raise a concern regarding an incorrect auto-debit of ₹*** from my account.

I had subscribed to the Trial Plan, which clearly shows a *-day trial period starting from **/**/****. However, after using the trial for only one day, my account was automatically charged ₹*** for a *-month Premium Plan, even though my trial period was still active and had not yet expired.

As shown in the attached screenshot:
Trial Plan start date: **/**/****
Trial validity: * Days
Premium Plan charge of ₹*** was deducted on **/**/****, before completion of the trial period.

This charge appears to have been processed incorrectly and without allowing me to complete the promised trial period.

I request you to immediately refund the wrongly charged amount of ₹*** and confirm once the refund has been initiated.

Please treat this as a priority and resolve it at the earliest.
