Sham Jewellers Chandigarh - Incorrect amount receipts

I had purchased gold of amount ** lacs which was handled by Mr Sanjay. I asked my daughter to get receipt to buy coin of ** grams which your staff has given the purchase receipt with incorrect amount which was eventually paid-out. Later at home when all receipt were reviewed the error was noticed. It was the trust on you which caused us to not even check the amount properly.
The **ct gold price ******/- was used for our exchange but for coin ******/- was charged and on top of this additional amount of ****/- was charged instead of ***/- for ** grams. Please arrange to pay back the difference on Paytm on below mentioned number as contacted on your numbers without any answer and called Mrs Jyothi to assist but there is no support.
