Suranjan Chanda Developer - Incomplete work of our flat by the developer

I have purchased a flat from Suranjan Chanda (Current address Silver Square *th floor P*** Lake Town Block A Kolkata) at *** Station Road East, PO+PS- NewBarrackpore, **pgs North, Kolkata ******. I and other flat owners registered our flats at Barasat Court with full amount as the inside work of our flat was completed. On good faith and commitment of the developer, we expected that balance outside will be completed. But unfortunately in spite of several pieces of information and registered letters given to him developer not yet completed the work as per sanctioned plan and agreement. Therefore we want to lodge a complaint against the developer Sri Suranjan Chanda at Barasat consumer forum.
