Hi, i took a grouting service from urban company in Jan **** but incomplete work was done by the assigned executive. It's more than a month i raised a complain but didn't get any resolution.Moreover their customer service helpdesk is highly unsupportive and irresponsible. So kindly help me and guide me in this matter.
