A S Trading Co - Incomplete shoddy work and refusal to provide invoice receipt

I had contracted above mentioned company represented by its owner / Partner Mr Satyam Gupta for construction of modular kitchen and bathroom countertops. Inspite of making full payment of Rs *,**,***/- (One Lac) through cheque/ online, the assigned job has not been completed and whatever work has been done is of poor quality and shoddy. Besides, the firm has not given me any invoice / receipt for payment made by me.
