Ajay Driving School - Incomplete service provided

I enrolled with Ajay Driving School for a **-day driving training program after paying the full agreed fees, which also included charges for the driving license process.

Delay in Training: Although the program was for ** days, the training took over * months to complete due to the trainer’s frequent absenteeism.

Extra Payment Not Refunded: The trainer took an additional ₹****, assuring me it would be returned the same day. Despite repeated follow-ups, the amount has not been refunded.

Non-booking of Trial Test: The trainer was responsible for booking my trial test slot for a permanent license. For the past two months, he has been delaying this, repeatedly saying it would be done “tomorrow,” but no action has been taken.

This behaviour amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request appropriate action against Ajay Driving School, along with refund of the extra amount paid and compensation for the harassment and inconvenience caused.
