I received one mattress instead of one , then i raised a complaint they gave an option to get refund of one and to keep another, I selected that option now since yesterday its under review , I also provided picture for support that i received only one.customer support is not helping when i am asking.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
