I was surfing through my Facebook page when I saw this add from a company called “Wristbuddy” they had this smart watch for the price of **** model GT-*X, which has magnetic charging facility and a free Samsung memory card of ** GB. The package as per them included a smart watch, magnetic charging cable, screw driver, screen protectors and a free memory card. When I receive my package after * days of ordering, all I got was a watch and a simple android charging cable, that’s it. The watch too looks old and used, and the model is not same as the picture advertised. I have attached screenshots of there website offer and the product that I received. Please help me out on this. I send them mails twice but didn’t got any revert or call back. Thanks !!

I order a watch from theWristbuddy.com. but the watch i received and what i ordered is totally different and now they are not responding for return. kindly look in to this matter
I have ordered one watch and received wrong one ..the watch worth ****rs. If I called to the customer service to return the watch the mobile number is switchedoff I need my money back.
I wrote them many time but they are not att all bothered.
