I order my medicines from Medlife online (via their Medlife app) regularly for the last * years. On *th May I ordered Accucheck Active strips ** nos along with other medicines. Instead of delivering ** strips they delivered a box that contains *** strips which cost Rs. ****. Though I was upset about the huge quantity I decided to retain the box. But on opening the seal I realized that the box didn't contain the CHIP to insert in the device to do the sugar test. Without the chip, these strips will be of no use. I raised a complaint with Medlife representative. They sent a person to take the product back. But they refused to take it back as the seal was opened. I have repeatedly spoken to the persons that unless I open it I won't be able to know if there is the chip in it or not. But they have closed my issue without resolving. As this allows me to attach only one file I have attached the bill. Unable to attach the pic of the box and the order status (Refund Complete) on the app.
