Shihori enterprises - Incomplete product and return full refund not received

I ordered t-shirt quantity of * order number Sub Order ID ************_*
When i receive product only * tshirt received so i return same time but meesho only return me only *** rupees half amount meesho credit in my account and *** not return and help center also deny for pay.also i received below email.
I just want to ask due to meesho faut why i loss my ***?
