I ordered two iphone XR cae covers which was priced at Rs ***
I paid cash on delivery Rs*** but there was only one case cover inside the box.
I tried to contact them through their web portal where only mail option was available.
Later I called multiple time to the mobile number given on the package and their Instagram account
I even sent them a message on instagram
But none have been answered
When i went to their instagram posts I saw another person complaining the same as me, to which they had replied.
I thought the same will happen with me but it didn’t
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
