Ethnic Roop - Incomplete Package Delivered

I ordered a lehenga from there website ethincroop.com and also consulted their whatsapp customer service. The order and product description clearly showed that I was supposed to receive a Choli material, Unstitched Lehenga and Dupatta. But when I received the package I only got the Lehenga and Dupatta. I texted their Whatsapp Portal the moment I came to know that I had received the incomplete package. Their employee was repeatedly saying that the Choli Material was not included even when I sent him a screenshot of the website's product description in which it was clearly written that I was paying for the Choli Material and was gonna get it too. I have been contacting their social media since July and still not getting any response. I want a refund or atleast the Choli Material that I didn't receive and had to buy from outside with my own expense.
