I am writing to lodge a complaint against Arishtam Probiotics regarding my recent purchase, Order #*****. I placed the order with the expectation of receiving all the items as per the product details and invoice. However, to my disappointment, the company delivered an incomplete package.
Despite making full payment, I received only a part of the order, while some items are missing. I immediately checked the invoice and packaging slip, which confirmed that the missing products were supposed to be included. This is a clear case of negligence and unfair trade practice. Moreover, there has been no proactive communication from the seller to inform me about this issue or provide a resolution.
I attempted to contact the company through their support channels but have not received any satisfactory response. As a consumer, I feel cheated and inconvenienced due to this careless handling of my order.
Therefore, I request Voxya’s intervention to help me get either (a) the missing items delivered at the earliest, or (b) a complete refund for the undelivered products. I also expect the company to issue an apology and take steps to ensure such lapses do not happen again.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
