We have Purchase the Power Tiller *.*HP from Farm Asia Agro Ind which is located Pohir, Panjab.
During the time of purchase they gave the assurance of * year warranty and support if any problem arise. We made the Booking payment of ****Rs. initially and made the complete payment of *****Rs during the delivery.
Problem start when we are calling their engineers to help us to setup the machine which they suppose to do on video call as promised at the time of purchase but they only sent some file which was incomplete and Power tiller was remain unset.
During the time of assembling (giving reference to the video they sent), we noticed that some important screws were missing which was crucial to complete the installation. End of the day we purchase them from local market with addition cost.
When I saw no other option of them being responsive about the product assembling and support of which they delivered I texted upon their sales WhatsApp that we need the support or replacement of the machine which came to us otherwise I will take legal action and will complain to consumer forum as well, they have stopped replying completely. I tried reaching out to them through the call next day after this text but no response from them as usual. I have all the chats and invoice with upfront payment receipt where they acknowledge of * years warranty.
Therefore I am urging to the responsible authority to help us in this situation because at the end it's farmer who suffers after putting their hard earned money.
