As per the attached tax invoice, the total quantity clearly mentioned is * units, with a total price of ₹***.**. However, upon delivery by Ekart Logistics, I received only * unit instead of *.

This indicates a clear case of incomplete delivery or packing negligence. I have paid for both items, but one product is missing, causing financial loss and inconvenience.
