Sanjay International packers and movers - Incomplete complete package delivered very late

I had to move my bike and helmet from indore to pune. The company gareented * days delivery of the same in **** rupees. After that the bike did not get delivered for ** days. They did not pick up my calls and and were very unprofessional.
The helmet has still not reached to me.
I need compensation and the company needs a lesson on how to treat the consumers.
