Tata tea 1868 - Incomplete and damaged

Tin×* quantity" . But, missing "Lf Exotic White **g
Tin" and "Lf Green Rose petals **g"
. Damaged is "Lf Achari Chai ***g tin" . So I immediately tried to call them but couldn't connect with them so I contacted them via email so after that, I received call from tata consumer customer support and they took some information from me and asked me to share all photos so I shared the all details and photos. But, after that there is no proper response or resolution because whenever, I asking them current status of my complaint but they always saying we are checking with our team and I spoked to them totally * times but one lady very rude because she saying "we send all products and you only have to check". So I very shocked so they mean that i theft the product's from the package?. If I theft how I can share them proper information with photos? Even, I spoked with them courier partner. Anyway, I not received any satisfaction reply so I left to contact them continuously so I planning to complaint in consumer commission. So recently ( this month ) I sent it them final call email for before taking legal action but now only started frustrations and mental tension. I got so much frustrations. Actually, now I thinking why I contacted them . it's my fault to send them final call email because I thought we will close the complaint without any compensation before the legal action so I dropped them email but the company agent said "which company take complaints after * months and no one help you or care you. How we can believe you?". So I again got shocking and mental tension because how he can asking me this questions?. Actually, I earlier contacted them when the shipment was delivered but they only failed to provide refund and given unprofessional words in the call so now I finally dropped them final call email. Also, we can file the case in court within * year's from the date of transaction but he don't know anything. Still I not used any received products and still I keep the products with package so all products already expired. They have to refund full paid amount. If I fraud so how I can keep the remaining received products?. I'm shopping various online Shopping last ** years. Still I'm good customer for them.
