Radha Spaces alias Radha Raichandani Developers LLP - Incentives Salary

Respected sir,
I am Deepak Joshi Ex employee of Radha Spaces alias Radha Raichandani Developers LLP & Delight Avenues. Wants to claim my salary and Incentive. I hold the position of DGM in sales in Real Estates. I worked for * months and earned nearly *lacs as incentive. Now company denies to pay back my incentives & salary since I left the org. I have taken *.* lacs from my incentive from company in advance and requested them to deduct it from my arrears in Aug Sep I have mail attached of that month but now company says that I am liable to payback the incentive amount which I took. The Company director too calls with * member who forced me to write a confession letter by agreeing forcedly of the advance amount payback and got signed on letter along with Promissory note. One person by name Mr. Bikash (GM HR) took my * bank cheques by coming drunked at home and shouted at us in the night. I am having no Job in hand and running into deep crises. Family is totally feared because of threatening calls directly from director. Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly give protection from them and justice my case and get my money back. I don't want any compensation from company though they did bad to me and my family.
On evidence i am attaching my incentives workings, and bank statement in which the sal use to get credited.
