Jee mains - Inappropriate way of conducting exam

Honorable sir / madam ,
My name is ayushi singh. I have already mailed you many times about how the **-** questions were not showing up on the computer screen. And all the invigilators were doing nothing except just saying that "server us down, beta".sir if this was destined to happen what have we done so wrong to be the victims of this and not getting even any fair chance... This was the deciding factor my deciding examination and my hardwork of * year's.
On **th why some of them are getting the third chance and not me. You know I'm not lying I have sent you my centre address you can contact and ask how many times have I said those invigilators
Is this the way conducting examination on a national level ( SO CALLED "FAIRLY" )
Why am I not getting any response from your side???
Is this our fault to face all these things???
Sir I'm requesting you to please don't play with my future like this way.
I'm not a fool who keeps on mailing you daily in bulk.. Just to get your one response.
All powers are with you. You can either build or ruin my future at this phase.
I don't know about others. But what I know is what happened there in the center wasn't fair at any cost.
If you're giving some of them the next chance... Why not me??? Why am I not getting that chance..???
I have mailed you any times to please go through what happened to me on the center.
