I have made the payment of an amount ****/- After a successful payment from the phonepay, the team of reliance smart at Suncity branch Hyderabad Store no ES**, they simply said the payment got failed and i need to do the payment again and they are not responsible for the payment which I have made and very arrogantly they say to leave the groceries or to repay the bill again instead of showing the successfully transaction details and the bank statment, which is pathetic. The Asm named Sunder ( *******) and SM Praveen Reddy ( ********) had a word over phone call but the same resolution by each person
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
