City Online Kakinada - Inappropriate customer service by City Online Kakinada broadband services

I would like to bring up to your notice about the pathetic customer service of City Online Kakinada broadband services. First of all, during new broadband you need to pay for atleast * months. The first month passed with minor issues, but later I am facing internet issue like once in every * days. Every time I raise a complaint, they close it without properly fixing it. And I end up using mobile data for my regular work which is very tough. I asked a couple of times to not to close the complaint without my permission, even then they closed it. Even i went through the Google reviews and I see many people facing issues with this broadband service. I kindly request you take appropriate action against them.
