My BGMI account has been hacked, and the unauthorized hacker has unlinked my secure social media login, completely shutting me out. Krafton India’s in-game customer support has been totally unresponsive and has failed to assist me, which constitutes a clear case of Deficiency of Service under consumer protection laws.
