CSPDCL, Rajnandgaon c.g. - In relation to deliberately passing the average Electricity bills.

It is requested that my mother, Mrs. Ratnamala Binjheda, resident of Sanjay Nagar, Lakholi, Ward no-**, Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh), has got bigger working accommodation in Bajrangpur Navagava ward number *, in which power meter is located. Which has not been used for many years. And its information has been given to the Electricity Department * times in writing. Despite this, the average electricity bill of ** units is being given by the Electricity Department every month. In just * years, only ** units are burnt.
While I have also met the meter which is in the current condition but its display light is not burning. For this, in March ****, it has also applied for change of meter but so far the meter has not been replaced.
At present, I have been given a bill of **** rupees. Which is not being reformed too.
