Some days ago my friend send me to ***/- rupees . Some few days I didn't open the bank account, after * days I opened by Airtel payments Bank and there is only **/- rupees are there in my bank. And ***/- rupees are missing, That bank even didn't informed me to. Then i will send a mail regarding to this issue to bank, there is no reply...

They cut SMS charges of **.** almost every month and I am not even aware for what reason this is happening. Company doesn't even recieve calls. I am a student and how are they supposed to cut money automatically.
