Lotus TVS showroom - Improper vehicle service

i gave my vehicle Pep+ for service at erode Lotus TVS showroom on **.**.**** at *pm which was said for the delivery at *pm on the next day **.**.****. But the vehicle was made ready for delivery after *pm only. i was kept in waiting for long time. vehicle's side stand was not an issue when it was given for service. but it has got broken and they have made a joint which is completely improper. they have damaged my product but they didnt bring it to my knowledge. without my knowledge and permission they have done a welding work in a improper angle which caused more damage to the vehicle. they now say that the side stand of the vehicle cant be brought back to its original position. so now i want compensation for the damage made and the mental agony that i met with this showroom employees.
