I am waiting for solution since * to * months and many complaints for the same issue as the complaint is forcefully closed without customer consent but till now its not resolved

*st of all please let me know ...without customer information or concern you can close the complaint/support ticket and is this also in your Panasonic’s warranty policy???
I have the same issue since i have created the *st service complaint till now * or * times its closed without any solution
if my TV is *k resolution ( though according to you its very economical model ) and my subscription is also *K and the content is *K ..Can i expect the *k resolution from the tv or not and if the tv not showing *k resolution its a fault
Kindly don't do fake commitments like ..i will call you tomorrow for solution and at the last time you said wait for *nd june and till now am waiting .you will call for solution in a very rude way (if you want .I can attach voice recordings)
since *months of complaint till now my issue is not resolved and forget about *K resolution am watching in SD quality now and you are saying its not TV fault and saying your company policy
regarding your engineer visit .only they open TV and discuss in phone and left and at last i got a call ...you will get solution soon..tomorrow...day after tomorrow etc etc
every time i received * solution i.e we will get back to you in sometime or tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes and you did one solution close the complaint ticket
so basically since so many months gone and same complaint again and again ...only i get * things rude attitude with misbehave and automatic complaint closed
