Groww App - Improper Response
Sai Rajesh filed complaint against Groww App on Feb 9, 2021
Due to Compliance issues in my Company I need to close Groww Demat account.So i have submitted my Closure form on Jan **-****.
Till now they have not closed the account. They are not responsible to Account holders. They even not contacting me and when i am raising ticket in app in help section they are closing the ticket without resolving the issue.
