vakilsearch - Improper Management and potential loss of Trademark

I happen to raise a request to get my restaurant's logo trademark done via Vakilsearch platform. I have paid all the dues/fees in time. one of the hearing happened on **th Aug **** and my request for Trademark was refused but was given an option to re-appeal by **th Aug ****.
To my surprise, Vakilsearch people did not even communicate with me about the refusal and time window to re-appeal until I reached out to them on *th Nov **** to find out the status of my request. Because of their negligence, lack of ownership and lack of responsibility I happen to lose a possible trademark approval.

When enquired about, the management or the representative stated that because of some technical issue they were unable to send me a communication and are reluctant to take the responsibility.

This has caused me Financial loss, Mental stress and Agony. Upon it, when confronted about their mistake on no communication they have asked me to raise a new request for trademark right from the beginning. On further discussion, acknowledging their mistake they offered to waive **% of their service charge and later agreed to waive off ***% of their service charge but I was asked to pay the full government fees which ever are involved. This is simply outrageous for them to ask me to borne the government fee for their mistake and lack of responsibility and no mistake of mine.

I expect them to own their mistake and get my trademark done with no additional cost/fee.
