BMC HOSPITAL - Improper Diagnosis Medical negligence

Complaint against BMC hospital Sagar Madhya Pradesh they are killers they killed my mother my mother was coughing so we take her to BMC on suggestion by a doctor on * may she was admitted in the covid ward without any test report test report arrive on * may positive but after * days negative
in between she was taken to the covid icu ct scan done we didn't get any report every test has happened but we didn't get any report ,condition of icu no doctor get inside icu they just come see reports from outside and go away and could never be seen after that particular time as they have their own clinics when we visit inside by wearing ppe kit we came to know that they were not giving my mother personal hygiene we get one hour time and do that stuff and feed her she went from home walking on her legs but come home sleeping for forever between *-* may they made her so weak. nurses there are mercyless the inject and take samples like patients were not human
mother has red patches on there full hands even in front of my eyes she was so horrified that in her last days she lost her mental conciousness just say take me home
doctors their regard themselves kings they come at duty on their on will after a lot of request they arrive in *-* hrs when we take her to the general oxygen ward her condition was like she cannot recognise us after checking we find her sugar level was ***+ doctors don't pay attention to it and at last on ** may she passed away
all doctors of icu Dr RS Verma (Dean) Dr Talha Saad and nurses their are responsible for this and ward no * doctors dr Manish Jain Dr tirki and nurse their are responsible we take her there because we cannot find vacant bed in any other hospital they just killed my mother her age is **. and i don't want any other person to lost their family members please do something immediately
after ** days of her death we came to know that she was having pneumonia not covid patient is having pneumonia and they were treating her like covid patient please take action most of the time the doctors were not there because they have to run their clinics dean of BMC is owner of shivsagar hospital and dr talha saad is owner of his clinic in katra.
