My name is uday tiwari, i took Oneplus * phone ** days ago. I was caught in the rain and still my phone was working but after battery because Zero percentage it never started again. I gave it to service center and they took * days to attend my phone after that they called me and said your motherboard, display,battery,camera's is damaged and gave me a estimation of **k. how can it be possible that the phone was working even when i was caught in rain but after an hour it got switched off because of no battery and then all this things got damaged.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
