I have booked a ticket from Udaipur to Rajkot through Redbus website in Seema Pooja Patel travels for date: **.**.**** timing : **:** pm class: AC sleeper. Firstly the bus has come around **:** am. Second, the condition of the bus was pathetic. It was completely untidy. The local people's were sleeping on the floor of the bus that too in the luggage area.
Also, they have not provided promised amenities like reading light, blanket. Generally, a luxury bus is charging ulto *** rupees from Udaipur to Rajkot bus the travel agency is charging **** rupees and then also they are not proving proper services. I have clicked a lot many photos as evidence.
