Tata Motors - Improper and delayed service of car

I had given my Tata Altroz XZ car for service and repair on **-**-****. There were scratches on both left and right side. So we asked to repair those minor things and also to do service. We got the car delivered back from service on **-**-****. Noticed that only the left side scratch has been taken care of but the right side was left unnoticed. We sent the car back with the driver itself. Even after a week now, we are yet to get a proper response on the status of the service. After repeated calls only we came to know the service status. And also found that they have charged us with AMC service charges. They should have mentioned clearly stating that as AMC but instead of doing that they just asked if engine oil can be changed and that can be included in the package. We are facing lots of inconvenience from the TATA Motors - Thoraipakkam service centre. This is not the first time we are facing a delay. I would like to bring to notice on prompting the customers on their appropriate service status and to explain everything clearly. And also not to delay the service & delivery cars. If so, that can be informed to the customer.
