Nobroker AC - Improper AC Servicing by NoBroker Resulted in Multiple Component Failures and Mental Harassment

I booked AC servicing through NoBroker around *th May ****. Prior to the servicing, the AC was functioning properly without any major issues.

Immediately after the servicing, multiple serious issues started appearing in the AC, which were not present earlier.

Sequence of Events
*. Post-Service Issues Started Immediately

After the NoBroker AC service:

Water leakage started from the AC
Sparks were observed from the unit
Burning smell started coming from the AC

These issues posed serious electrical and fire safety concerns.

I immediately informed the NoBroker support and escalation teams regarding the issue and requested urgent resolution.

*. Lack of Urgent Response

Despite repeatedly informing the company about:

Electrical sparks
Burning smell
Safety hazard
Extreme heat conditions

No immediate corrective action was taken.

The support and escalation teams continuously gave generic responses and failed to provide any meaningful resolution.

*. PCB Short Circuit Confirmed

Later, a technician revisited and confirmed that:

The AC PCB had suffered a short circuit

Initially, NoBroker attempted to deny warranty coverage and informed me that the issue was “not covered under warranty.”

After repeated follow-ups and escalations, they finally agreed to repair the PCB under warranty.

*. PCB Taken for Repair – False Commitments
On **th May ****, the technician took the PCB for repair
He promised to reinstall it on **th May ****
On **th May, he postponed the visit to **th May
From **th May onward, he stopped answering calls completely

During this period:

No updates were provided
Escalation team failed to coordinate
No accountability was taken

I was forced to continuously call customer support daily without any proper response.

*. AC Still Not Fixed Properly

After the PCB was eventually repaired and reinstalled, the AC still did not function properly.

The fan motor stopped working.

*. Senior Technician Confirmation of Improper Service

On **th May **** around *:** PM:

A senior technician visited and inspected the AC
He confirmed that:
The AC had not been serviced properly
Improper servicing had caused damage to the fan motor

This clearly established negligence and improper servicing by NoBroker’s service personnel.

*. Continued Negligence and Communication Failure

Even after the senior technician acknowledged improper servicing:

No permanent resolution was provided
Calls were not answered
No technician was assigned
No proper updates were shared

Whenever customer support was contacted, I was repeatedly informed that only “Pranita” could provide updates.

However:

Pranita consistently avoided and dodged calls
No follow-up communication was made
No accountability was taken by the escalation team
Impact on Consumer

Due to the negligence and delays by NoBroker:

I remained without a properly functioning AC for more than ** days
I suffered severe inconvenience during extreme heat and humidity
I faced mental stress, frustration, and repeated harassment
Significant time and effort were wasted in continuous follow-ups
Multiple AC components were damaged after servicing
