Dear Team,
I took loan from Rupeeredee on May *nd of amount ***** loan but they credited **** to my account and duration is ** days and total amount I had to pay is ***** I lost my phone so I couldn't pay and my registered mobile number is not there and I informed them I lost my phone they told me to pay by using debit card and I'm not having my number whilepaying using debit card it was asking me otp so I applied for my registered mobile number SIM it takes time today they send me message to pay **,*** and today is last day how can I pay for **** credited to my account but charging ***** it means **,*** IMPOSING penalty for **** I called to the customer service numbers which they have called me but not lifting my call
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
