Mokabara - Impersonation or cheating by the delivery boy

We have ordered two mokabara trolleys worth ***** from mokabara app itself. We were incormed that if will be delivered thru shadowfax. Roshan Shaw from shadow fax called on the due date of delivery i.e., **-**-**** that he is not able to deliver today and will do tomorrow. Thereafter next day he called us to cancel the transaction though he will deliver the goods. We refused to cancel. The delivery was again scheduled for *rd July. On *rd july as we have to go out we kept money with our staff. We recd call from shadowfax and we approved. This guy Roshan came and delivered the goods and took money. We came after some time then again one delivery boy from shadowfax came to deliver our product. We told hkm that some one already delivered the goods and took money. He went away saying ok. Then every thing striked us and we checked the carton. It was a different carton. We called roshan, he told us that the original carton damaged in rains therefore he changed. Everything else is ok. Then we observed that in Mokabara site our transaction is showing cancelled and now we do not have any invoice nor any document. This guy from shadowfax cheated on us. Now he is not even pickjng up the phone. This is serious issue.
