INDIAN EAGLE - Illegally saved my credit card details and used it without my concern

I have booked a ticket from this company and they saved my card details…and I have my return ticket from Hyderabad to Chicago on *th of October due to my health reason I wanted to reschedule the dates…they have only send me the details of the amount on my email..the charges where not explained properly over the phone and just a email asking for the confirmation …without my cvv and otp….just for rescheduling the dates the team has charged me * lakh ** thousand Indian rupees…
