MITTAL CONSTRUCTION UNIT - ILLEGAL TERMINATION AND UNPAID SALARY

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Mittal (**********) is a principal partner of Mittal Construction Unit, First floor ** Court Road Sadar Bazar, Muzaffarnagar is doing unlawful behave with me because I have worked in their firm as a senior accountant since Aug **** and after holding my four month salary and without serving a notice period, he has terminated me and when I demand my full and final settlement, I have no response till today. After many requests they have given some amount but now approx. Rs. **,***/- outstanding is pending which is not possible to receive for me so my kind request to you that please look into this matter because I hope that you will resolve this matter. As a senior accountant I know everything about Mittal construction unit which is unlawful and in the category of fraud. They think that on the basis of money power they are safe and no matter any rules, any act for them because they have used to give bribes to every officer to finish their work.
