Nagar nigam Rishikesh - Illegal parking charges

I am Vansh a respectful citizen of Rishikesh, D.dun ...
now a day we are facing a new type of problem of parking charges in Triveni Ghat ..
As a spritual family we used to go ganga jee on daily basis from our two wheeler but since * months some handful of people are asking for money to our vehicle. and asking to take slip of ruppee ** .. although its not big amount but we used to go daily there and we are not comfortable to spend ** ruppee per day just to park there for maximum **-** minutes.. As we are local people of rishikesh. I just had a question that . do we need to spend *** ruppee per week to attend ganga arti ...
I know they need money for maintenance of parking but i don't feel that it should be there for local people
Please look into this sir
and do the needful..
