Illegal factory - Illegal industrial work in residential area

I am a resident of 'c' block nand nagri, delhi ******, i would like to draw your attention on illegal factory in our residential area.
It causes noise pollution whole day our house suffers alot it feels like heavy digging is going on but in actual it is just because of that illegal metal cutting work going on just next to our house.
The owner of the house has given his house on rental to the factory owner and he himself live somewhere else.
There are lot of problem going on like hard for students to prepare for there board exams as exams are about to come.
So, it's a humble request to you, kindly provide immediate solution to this problem.
