GoAir Airline - Illegal deduction in cancellation charges by GoAir

I booked a flight from Bombay to Kochin with PNR B*KQFS with ID NF************** @ Rs.****/- Since all the flights of GoAir were cancelled I opt for cancellation of the ticket. as per refund voucher, Rs.****/-was deducted as cancellation charges though I could not travel due to cancellation of the flight. I am put to mental agony. Suitable action on GoAir for illegal deduction should be taken.
