Hsvp - Illegal Commercial Food Shop activity in Huda Market Sec 55

Being an owner of shop number **, Bikaner Chaat Wala, I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern that directly impacts my legitimate food business. There is an unauthorised food shop, Shop Number -**, operating adjacent to my establishment, Bikaner Chaat Wala shop number-**, in sector ** Huda Market next to Sodhi Supermarket. We have been paying a rent of ** thousand to run our shop and the other shop is being operated without any rent being given as the shop no -** has not been legally authorized to anyone yet.

That illegal food shop starts operating at * PM in the evening and opens till ** PM in the night.

I had already given a written complaint to the JE, Sh. Parvinder Kumar (**********)
in Huda office sector ** Gurugram * weeks back but no action has been taken yet. Attaching the complaint copy in the mail itself.

I Kindly request you to investigate this matter promptly and take necessary action against the person running this illegal food shop and help in removing the same with immediate effect as we are paying ** thousand rent per month.
