material factories - Illegal cloth factories and shops being run in residential area

In the lane of ****/h and **** of Ranjeet nagar ( shadipur) are running illegal cloth factory and shops which are holding **-** labors in a residential area which are creating a lot garbage and nuisance for people living close.
Reasons of problem are :
*. Labors create a lot of noise and insecurity around the area.
*. They spill too much garbage which they do not clean or give any mcd worker money to clean after being asked by neighborhood people.
*. They create a lot of noise day and night with their machines and songs the keep on playing every odd hour they work.
*. They spit pan and eat and throw garbage in the lane only.
*. Their labors are reasons of very fights in the area where they were caught eve teasing or staring women.
I have complained on every platform and even police take money and leave them .
I seek permanent resolve as we live in the capital city and even if it is not safe and good and the police and government can not resolve issues in their capital city then there is a serious downfall of future of the country.
