Anytime fitness Goregoan - Illegal booking of my sessions without my consent Improper services provided for the personal traini

I was enrolled in Anytime fitness Goregoan Branch. They suddenly changed policies of their personal training and gave me ** days to finish up my ** sessions by making me sign up a form. Entire details of my grieviences were mailed to the customer care but i recieved no proper response from the gym or the brand. Most of the times the trainer who was assigned for me was taking leaves. I wasnt provided a stand by or locum trainer. Even on asking about arranging a standby trainer i wasnt provided one. Now in the final days of training getting over, they are booking my sessions without my permission so as to finish up the allotted time and get the trainer his dues by finishing up my sessions. Till date no response to any of my grieviences were addressed.
