Pnc Infrastructure Private Limited - Illegal activities and baseless rules at Dohna Toll Plaza Bareilly Nainital Road

Dohna toll plaza comes under the Pnc Infratech and here your managers are doing illegal activities by changing the rules and notifications issued by the government of India for monthly passes for local commutes.

For the last * years, I am observing their illegal activities against issuing monthly passes.

My vehicle number is AP**BL****.

At the time of issuing my monthly pass for my vehicle, it was told to me that only a domicile certificate is necessary and the only proof for your local residing.



After a certain time, they changed the rule and told me that now * documents at least necessary which have local ID proof.



after that yesterday they told me that a local address is necessary on the vehicle RC for issuing the monthly pass.



my monthly pass was closed as said by them due to no recharge for continuous * months. I want to know where this rule is written and under which authority and gazetted notification they are doing this.



when I asked about the notifications and rules for the monthly pass they misbehaved with me and pushed me and told me that we will show them the rules ASAP but they have not shown me any notifications regarding this.

As per the gazetted notification of energy I and also state highway authorities it is clearly mentioned that a monthly pass can be issued to a person who is residing within ** kilometers of distance.



they issued my monthly pass but later they closed it and not providing me with the relevant information which is why they closed my pass.

I called the police regarding this in order to solve the matter but for them also they have not shown me anything.

I had a talk with Ravi Chaturvedi Sir along with police officers and managers of dohna toll plaza and he assured me that he will provide the necessary documents regarding that. But nothing has happened till now.

now I want the necessary documents under which my pass is being closed and the rules for the monthly pass which you have made so that I can challenge that in consumer courts and legal bodies across India because the thing which you are doing is not legal and you are you cannot do anything against the government Gazette notifications.



The police has also involved so I request you to provide please provide me the necessary documents as soon as possible.

*). Acknowledgment letter which i have received from your manager signed by him at Dohna Toll Plaza.
*). Video Recording of that day i.e. *th January ****.
*). Police Officers came at Dohna Toll Plaza and infront of them all matter was discussed and confronted by PNC Infratech Managers that they have closed my Account.
*). Call recordings and audio recordings of *th January **** with your managers and Mainly DGM Ravi Chaturvedi in front of police officers.
*). Staff of Dohna Toll plaza who had shown me his computed in which it was shown as closed on computer screen.
