Vatsin Technology Solution Private Limited - Ilegal Termination without any written

Yesterday (**/**/****) my manager terminated me verbally without any written notice or email.
I joined the company on **/**/**** as a Asst. Manager HR. I used to handle end to end of HR as I am only the single HR over their.
But, yesterday my manager CEO of the company asked me to not accept one of the resignation mail of an employee. So I asked her politely to please share it over email so that I can do the same. As if a employee put resgination it first evaluate by his/her manager and later on by HR. Also his manager asked me to gace acceptance over it. So, I politely asked her to share it the same on mail so that I can do the same. But after that she started to misbehaving with me, started shouting over me which is totally unprofessional and unethical, also asked me to put my resgination, as I asked why should I put my resignation, if the company have any issue and if I had done any wrong so the company must do it. Then she shouted she woud going to terminated me and blocked my official mail and all the sources from which I can work without any termination mail or notice. I also shared an email to her (Company CEO and to the Company Director) from my personal mail that my official mail and MS Team is not working, but I didn't get any respond form their side.

I have wriiten this all incident over it so that I can get justice and support.
