Iifl finance - iifl finance emi double deduction

The issue is of EMI being debited twice.

There was an sms containing my loan and my EMI details. This also had information of an option of paying an early EMI. Since I get my salary by **th every month, I clicked this link and made the payment of *,***. Now my due was *rd of every month and this company debited my account again inspite of paying it earlier.

As I have couple other loans and their EMI's are spread across, from *rd to **th every month. This double deduction had caused a huge blow to my financial planning. I requested them to refer the extra amount as it was their fault, they responded saying that this extra money would be adjusted to my principal amount. They also claimed that as per the new policy which came into effect on *st of April, to which I was not informed and neither do any of their employees.

I can attach the screenshot of SMS communication that I have received which clearly says "Early EMI Payment" and their response that refund is not possible and it would be adjusted to the principal amount.
